1.About My order

When will I receive my order?

  • We have tie ups with many courier services , your ordered product will be delivered at your home within 5 to 8 business days after your order confirmation. All order will be delivered in completely sealed and with perfect condition.

How do I know my order is placed successfully?

  • When will your desired payment process is completed, you will get an e-mail with your order confirmation. We will also send an email when your order is shipped out.

My order has unsuccessful status but my money got deducted. What should I do now?

  • Please double check your credit/debit card bank account, ensure that your money really has been debited or not. If your money has been debited after a payment is failed, It will normally rolled back by banks in 7 business days.

How do I track my order?

  • Once your order is completed. We will send you confirmation email with order details. Then we also send email when your order is dispatch with tracking id. If there is delay with delivery of your order then we will update you from uniplanet store.

2.Cancellation & related queries

Do I cancel my order ?

  • Cash on delivery orders can be cancelled before shipping.
  • If you want cancel your prepaid order, please contact our customer care team at care@uniplanetstore.com, send us mail to cancel order.
  • When order is already shipped, we couldn’t able to cancel it, that time just refuse the delivery and let us know about it. By mistake you accepted delivery , no worries, you should be return or exchange it for something else.
  • If any changes or edited on your current order, Please contact us at care@uniplanetstore.com in 24 hours. Our customer team will help you if it is possible.

 

3.Payment mode

Is it safe online payment via Net banking, Debit Card, Credit card?

  • All credit card, debit card and net banking transactions will be passed from very secure encrypted connection.

What payment methods are accepted by uniplanetstore?

  • All credit card, debit card, net banking transactions are accepted by us.
  • Are there any hidden/extra charges?
  • No hidden/extra charge, You need to just pay the amount of order last total.

 

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring following steps:

  • Information must be passed on to payment gateway is error-free i.e. account details, billing address, password and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process
  • Please double check your credit/debit card bank account, ensure that your money really has been debited or not. If your money has been debited after a payment is failed, It will normally revert-back by banks in 7 business days.

 

4.MISCELLANEOUS

How do I confirm bulk orders?

  • Simply, You can just drop a mail at care@uniplanetstore.com with your order details, We will give you discount depending on your quantity.

If I forgot my password, How do I recover my password?

  • Click on forget password button, and enter your registration email, we will send you password recovery on your email.

 

My order is successfully confirm, do I add few more products in my order?

  • Once your order is confirmed, you can’t add more products; however, you need to place another order.

I have not received my order, What should I do?

  • Very sorry for it happens with you, It will almost never happens, if it is then just write a mail us care@uniplanetstore.com

I received wrong product, What should I do ?

  • If you received wrong product, please accept it. And inform us about the product at care@uniplanetstore.com. We will provide you correct product and get back wrong product,

Please note this we will not accept damaged products.
